Founded by Stephen Onaivi in 2020, Play With Stephen was created to use golf for something greater than competition. What began as a simple idea has grown into a movement that brings professionals, athletes, executives and communities together to advance autism awareness, inclusion and meaningful support across Africa.

2020 — The Beginning
Play With Stephen was founded with a clear vision: use the game of golf to advance autism awareness and community support.
2020–2025 — Six Editions in Ghana
The tournament grew into an annual gathering of golfers, advocates, partners and supporters united by one purpose.
2026 — A New Chapter in Nigeria
The seventh edition brings Play With Stephen to Lakowe Lakes Golf & Country Estate in Lagos for its first tournament in Nigeria.
